Mr. Kornbluth graduated with Honors from George Washington Law School in Washington,D.C.  While in law school, Mr. Kornbluth served on The Public Contract Law Journal and was the Vice President of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Board.  Mr. Kornbluth interned for Judge Thomas F. Hogan of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.  

Michael practices law throughout North Carolina and is admitted to practice in the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of North Carolina.  He has successfully tried cases to verdict in numerous courts.  Mr. Kornbluth’s main areas of focus are Personal Injury, Employment Law, Workers Compensation, and Civil Litigation. 

Michael was recently named a 2011 Rising Star by North Carolina Super Lawyers. Less than 2.5 percent of North Carolina attorneys receive this honor each year.  More information can be found at the Super Lawyers web site.

Mr. Kornbluth is immediate past Chair of the Employment Law Section of the North Carolina Advocates for Justice. 

He is also a member of the North Carolina State Bar, North Carolina Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
